Appointments & Policies

We know your time is valuable and try our utmost to ensure appointments are on-schedule. To help us achieve this level of service, we ask that you arrive early and/or complete paperwork in advance, if able. If you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early

Arrive early to allow ample time for parking, checking in and completing any necessary documentation and insurance verification.

24-Hour Notice of Cancellation Policy

If unable to make your scheduled appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Please call our staff at (714) 638-7554 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to scheduled appointments.

All insurance (except for HMO plans)

Oral surgery is performed in one of our SoCal Dental offices by Dr. Cadalso, available the first Friday of every month.

Children's Dental Care

We know the idea of going to the dentist can be scary, especially for children. So we've created a special station for the children to help them feel more comfortable and safe (and maybe even have a little fun).
